Hank Libby is a retired attorney who practiced corporate, Securities, and Venture Capital law for over twenty years in Washington, D.C. Following he operated a venture capital partnership and an investment advisory firm for twelve years. Hank is currently the President of the Carol M. Jacobsohn Foundation, which has donated to over forty section 501 (c) (3) organizations in Annapolis and Anne Arundel County over the last 14 years; and more recently three organizations in Martin County.
Hank also serves on the boards of three charitable organizations in Annapolis as the President of the Anne Arundel Community College Foundation, the Chairman of Vision Workshops and as a Director, Executive Committee and Finance Committee member of the Boys and Girls Clubs of Annapolis and Anne Arundel County. In addition he is serving on the Board of Directors for Project LIFT based in Palm City, Florida. His Board service spans decades and includes the Community Foundation of Annapolis and Anne Arundel County and the Anne Arundel Medical Center Foundation.
He attended Wharton School of Finance at the University of Pennsylvania where he earned a BS in Finance. He later received a J.D. degree from the University of Pennsylvania Law School and a LL.M. (Taxation) from the George Washington Law School.
Hank is dedicated to investing in and supporting not for profit organizations that are engaged in educational, social and medical outreach programs to benefit underserved persons. He dually resides in Annapolis and Stuart with his wife, Ellen.
Larry D. Williams Jr., an only child, originally from southern California and proud son of Larry D. Williams Sr. and Charlotta Lynn Williams. Larry is a graduate of Belhaven University and graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology with a Minor in Business Administration.
Following school, he moved to Florida and worked as a marketing representative for several years and owned a trucking business. He was employed at a local Independent Insurance agency for 4 years prior to opening his own independent insurance agency in 2011, which is Triple L Insurance Agency. The agency prides its growth with the business motto, “Success by way of Service and Solutions”.
Mr. Williams hails from an entrepreneurial family background in real estate development and investing. That exposure has enhanced his business knowledge and desire to grow and give back to the community.
Mr. Williams is a proud supporter of Going the Extra Mile of Treasure Coast (GEMS), Supporter of Making Strides Against Breast Cancer, former board member of The Boys & Girls Club of America, and a member of the Florida Association of Insurance Agents (FAIA).
Mr. Williams is an avid golfer and is a charter member of the South Florida Chapter of ProDuffers USA. In addition, he enjoys classic cars, traveling and spending time with family.
